Asset Risk Officer

About the role

The Asset Risk Officer will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the Asset Risk and Investigation team, ensuring effective handling of special cases, fraud investigations, vandalism incidents, and emergencies. This role requires strong analytical abilities, stakeholder management, and the capacity to work beyond standard hours when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage workflow for the team, analysing and assigning cases.
• Compile daily team reports and present them to the supervisor/manager.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide performance evaluation and supervisory support to team members.
• Control costs through approvals, risk assessment, and mitigation.
• Monitor employee performance, set targets, and track improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and code of conduct.
• Lead special assignments as directed by supervisors or managers.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of asset risk and investigations.
• Excellent communication, planning, organisational and negotiation skills.
• High integrity, enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse business operations.

• Relevant degree in a related field.
