Asset Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Asset Manager to oversee and enhance the performance of Saboor Group’s diverse asset portfolio across Tanzania. The role is central to ensuring that investments deliver strong financial and operational outcomes while supporting the organization’s long‑term strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Track and analyze the performance of assets across multiple sectors.
• Prepare regular financial and operational reports, forecasts, and insights for leadership.
• Support investment evaluations and contribute to strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with project, operations and finance teams to optimize asset outcomes.
• Identify risks and recommend strategies to enhance long‑term asset value.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and financial skills with experience in asset performance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency with key data and reporting tools such as spreadsheets, financial software, and presentation tools.
• Solid understanding of asset management and risk evaluation principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
