Admin Accountant – Payroll & Billing Specialist

About the role

The Admin Accountant will oversee payroll, billing, and statutory compliance for contractual and temporary manpower within a leading manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate attendance tracking, timely salary processing, and effective cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a system to monitor daily attendance and monthly manpower utilization.
• Verify, audit and process manpower bills, resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Manage payroll processing, calculate statutory contributions (NSSF, WCF, SDL, VAT) and retain supporting documentation.
• Conduct internal audits to confirm efficient manpower usage and support cost‑control initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduate or Diploma in Accountancy.
• Minimum 2 years experience in salary payment, bill verification and payment processing.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to payroll (NSSF, WCF, SDL, VAT).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, high attention to detail and analytical ability.
