About the role
The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing financial supervision, ensuring the accuracy and reasonableness of expenses, and maintaining the freight ledger. This role supports business management by providing timely financial reconciliation of transportation costs.
Key responsibilities
- Review expense reimbursement, loan, supplier payment, and other expense application forms for accuracy and timeliness.
- Issue reports promptly and complete internal and external account audits.
- Organize monthly financial reconciliation of transportation costs to supply data for business decisions.
- Maintain the freight ledger and ensure accurate recording of freight-related transactions.
