Accounting Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor to lead our financial supervision activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance across expense management and freight accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Review the accuracy and reasonableness of expenses and freight ledger entries.
• Issue timely and accurate financial reports and support internal and external audits.
• Substantively review expense reimbursement forms, loan forms, supplier payment applications, and other expense requests.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of expenses.
• Organise monthly financial reconciliation of transportation costs to provide data support for business management.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Experience in expense review and financial reporting.
• Ability to work with internal and external auditors.
• Good understanding of transportation cost accounting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet tools.
