Senior Out‑of‑Home Sales Executive – Tanzania

About the role

This position offers the opportunity to join a leading pan‑African out‑of‑home and airport advertising group operating across the continent. Based in Dar es Salaam, you will drive revenue growth by securing new billboard and airport media contracts and managing key client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own the country revenue budget by prospecting, negotiating and closing new OOH advertising contracts.
• Develop and maintain high‑value relationships with media buyers, agencies and direct brands to ensure client retention.
• Coordinate campaign delivery, acting as the bridge between clients and operations to guarantee timely flighting of OOH ads.
• Maintain financial and commercial hygiene by adhering to pricing policies and managing client collections through the invoicing cycle.

Required profile

• Proven commercial experience within the out‑of‑home advertising industry (highly advantageous).
• Resilient, target‑driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
• Strong financial acumen – able to close deals and ensure payments are received.
