Warehouse Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Officer to manage spare‑parts inventory and support our service teams. The role involves handling stock movements, issuing parts, and ensuring smooth coordination between procurement, sales and service departments. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced environment, maintaining high accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Issue spare parts to service technicians and customers based on approved requests.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Service and Sales departments to guarantee parts availability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Operate a forklift safely to move and store goods.
• Support store‑keeping activities and assist in spare‑parts management.

Required profile

• Certificate, diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control or spare‑parts management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (valid certificate preferred).
