Sales & Marketing Specialist – Heavy Machinery & Automotive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive growth for our heavy machinery, automotive vehicles, and related equipment. The role combines proactive sales activities with targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads, build customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire customers in the heavy machinery and automotive sectors.
• Conduct product demonstrations, site visits and sales presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tenders, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Design and launch marketing campaigns across social media, digital channels, trade shows and events.
• Generate and follow up on leads from marketing activities.
• Perform market research to monitor trends, competitor actions and pricing.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with dealers, fleet owners, construction and mining companies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of heavy machinery and automotive markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Results‑oriented with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical and service teams.
