Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will create and distribute marketing content, strengthen brand presence through innovative promotional activities, and support sales initiatives. This role manages end‑to‑end product launches, showroom inspections, and the inventory of marketing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full new product launch process from factory production to pre‑launch readiness.
• Verify product information such as SAP codes, names, sizes, colors, textures, and selling points.
• Maintain launch information forms and progress tracking sheets.
• Track key milestones including design, material production, sample dispatch, VOSA upload, social media release, sales training, and showroom display.
• Collaborate with customer service, warehouse, sales teams, and distributors for sample delivery and collection.
• Collect and verify delivery receipts, distributor signatures, showroom photos, price tags, and other evidence.
• Update monthly showroom checking lists, plan checks, and ensure timely CRM reporting.
• Conduct random showroom audits and summarize results, display rates, and corrective actions.
• Manage marketing material inventory (price tags, stickers, posters, flyers, branding items) and track production, stock‑in, distribution, usage, and balances.
• Support rectification issues, prepare meeting minutes, and assist the Marketing Manager with field reports and distributor rebate data.
• Maintain proper filing of OA documents, tracking sheets, sample receipts, photos, CRM reports, training records, and meeting minutes.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, supply‑chain management, retail management or a related field.
• Experience in tiles, sanitary ware, building materials, home improvement, FMCG or distribution channels is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
