Graphic Designer & Videographer

About the role

Uzafasta Group Limited is seeking a creative Graphic Designer & Videographer to join its digital marketing team in Dar es Salaam. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on producing visual assets that support client campaigns across web, social and print channels, while ensuring brand consistency and high production quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital and print media.
• Design logos and branding elements that align with client identities and brand guidelines.
• Plan, shoot, edit and deliver high‑quality video content for marketing initiatives.
• Adapt designs for various platforms, including websites, social media, and advertising.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to maintain visual consistency across all channels.
• Create engaging social‑media graphics and short videos that drive audience interaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic design and videography, preferably within a digital marketing environment.
• Strong eye for typography, composition and brand storytelling.
• Creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with current digital marketing trends and social‑media content creation.
