Food and Beverage Specialist

About the role

The Food and Beverage Specialist will operate the lounge, delivering high‑quality service to guests in line with Plaza Premium Group standards. You will prepare and serve a full range of hot and cold drinks, recommend menu items, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all lounge duties, including opening, closing and side‑shift tasks, while maintaining cleanliness and equipment condition.
• Prepare, present and serve food and beverages, following company recipes and quality standards.
• Restock food, drinks and glassware throughout the shift and monitor inventory levels.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, correctly labeling, dating and refrigerating prepared items.
• Provide friendly, professional assistance to guests, offering recommendations and addressing requests.
• Maintain the Plaza Premium Group uniform and act as a brand ambassador.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality Management, Catering or Housekeeping.
• 1–2 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably within a hotel or catering environment.
• Current Food Handler Certificate issued by Port Health.
• Ability to work in a bar setting and deliver excellent customer service.
