Document Controller

About the role

Prime Talent TZ is seeking a full‑time Document Controller to join its on‑site team in Tanzania. You will be responsible for managing, organizing and maintaining project and organisational documents, ensuring they are accurate, up‑to‑date and readily accessible.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all documentation processes for projects and the wider organisation.
• Ensure documents comply with company policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather required documentation.
• Maintain timely updates and easy accessibility of critical records.
• Support audits and compliance checks through proper record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Proficiency in document management and records management.
• Experience in project documentation with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently with excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with document control software and digital tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management or a related field is advantageous.
