Dispatch Specialist

About the role

The Dispatch Specialist coordinates transportation resources, manages freight documentation, and ensures timely submission of freight applications. This role supports daily logistics operations and assists with other operational tasks as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, coordinate, and organize transportation resources for daily dispatch operations.
• Verify, upload, and maintain transportation‑related invoices and supporting documents.
• Prepare and submit freight applications accurately within required timelines.
• Maintain records of transportation resources, freight documentation, and related transactions.
• Coordinate with departments, transporters, and stakeholders to ensure smooth dispatch operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in transportation, dispatch, or logistics.
• Strong self‑motivation, responsibility, and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with transportation, logistics, or resource management systems (preferred).
