Delivery Officer – Livestock and Fisheries

About the role

The Delivery Officer – Livestock and Fisheries will support the operationalisation of Tanzania's Agricultural Transformation Office (ATO) within the Ministry of Agriculture. This position is central to strengthening coordination, implementation discipline, performance management and inter‑institutional follow‑through for the Agricultural Master Plan 2050. The role contributes to AGRA’s mission of accelerating inclusive agricultural transformation across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery of livestock and fisheries components of the Agricultural Master Plan.
• Strengthen coordination among government agencies, partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor implementation progress and ensure performance management standards are met.
• Support inter‑institutional follow‑through to achieve plan milestones.
• Collaborate with AGRA and local partners to align activities with national priorities.
