Business Solution Architect

About the role

The Business Solution Architect will translate B2B customer requirements into scalable, high‑performance network solutions. Working closely with commercial teams, you will support pre‑sales activities, design technical proposals, and act as a trusted advisor throughout onboarding and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret customer needs and create end‑to‑end technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Support pre‑sales tasks including solution design, presentations, and proposal writing.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to craft competitive, deliverable offers.
• Provide technical guidance to customers during solution discussions and onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth delivery and implementation.
• Design and implement ISP core and enterprise routing using IS‑IS, iBGP/eBGP for internet access, peering, and customer connectivity.
• Design and deploy MPLS‑based services (L2VPN, L3VPN) with traffic engineering via Segment Routing or LDP/RSVP‑TE.
• Plan and implement Layer 2 services such as VLANs, QinQ, and Metro Ethernet.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues across routing, MPLS, and transport layers.
• Serve as escalation point for critical issues beyond Level 1 and Level 2 support, ensuring SLA compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of hands‑on experience in ISP, carrier or enterprise network engineering/service delivery.
• At least one professional‑level certification (e.g., CCNP, JNCIP, MTCRE, HCIP or equivalent).

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of QinQ, VLANs, and Metro Ethernet.
• Expertise in BGP (iBGP/eBGP), IS‑IS, and MPLS L2VPN/L3VPN.
• Experience with Segment Routing, LDP, RSVP‑TE, and traffic engineering.
• Hands‑on skills in routing protocol configuration and troubleshooting.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, MTCRE, HCIP.
