About the role

The Resort General Manager leads all aspects of resort operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance and sustainable growth. This senior position requires full accountability for the resort’s operational, commercial, and strategic success.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily resort operations in line with company SOPs, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage business plans, budgets, forecasts, and capital investment proposals to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead, motivate, and develop department heads and assistant managers, handling workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Drive revenue growth through effective marketing, product development, and commercial initiatives tailored to target market segments.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics, resolve escalated complaints, and continuously improve service quality.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial and operational reports, control costs, and implement continuous‑improvement and cost‑saving measures.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Resort or Hotel General Manager in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with a track record of achieving profitability and growth.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team‑development skills.
