Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Create and deliver engaging content for various channels.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to sales and customer service teams.
• Maintain accurate marketing data and reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Knowledge of market research and trend analysis.
• Basic understanding of marketing strategy and campaign planning.
• Interest or experience in sales support.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work collaboratively.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
