Customer Operations Analyst

About the role

The Customer Operations Analyst will turn raw data into actionable insights that improve customer experience and operational efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders across all levels to design, build and maintain reporting solutions that support decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse large data sets using SQL, Python, Oracle and Advanced Excel.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and daily operational reports for Customer Service teams.
• Identify patterns, trends and data quality issues, and recommend process improvements.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into clear reporting deliverables.
• Manage consolidated operational reporting and track initiatives across multiple sections.
• Support NPS, tNPS, rNPS and jNPS data collection to provide quantitative and qualitative insights.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in customer operations and analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an ambiguous, changing environment.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to manage a diverse workload independently.
