Accounting Manager

About the role

The Accounting Manager will be based in Arusha and report to the Assistant Director of Finance. This role is responsible for safeguarding the financial integrity, accuracy, and compliance of Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti’s operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee core accounting activities and maintain robust financial controls.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate payments.
• Handle all taxation matters, including compliance and reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, People & Culture, and operational leaders to support business decisions.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in accounting or finance.
• Proven experience in accounting management, preferably in hospitality or similar sectors.
• Strong understanding of payroll and tax regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
