Webflow Developer – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Webflow Developer to join our fast‑growing, remote‑first team. You will translate high‑fidelity designs into pixel‑perfect, conversion‑optimized Webflow sites and own the technical implementation of our marketing and product web properties.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build fully responsive websites and landing pages from scratch using Webflow.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert Figma or Adobe XD mockups into functional Webflow pages.
• Create and manage dynamic Webflow CMS collections for scalable content.
• Write custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend native Webflow capabilities.
• Audit and optimise sites for speed, accessibility, and SEO.
• Integrate third‑party tools and APIs such as Zapier, GA4, GTM, and CRM platforms.
• Conduct cross‑device and cross‑browser testing and ensure post‑launch performance.
• Maintain site security, update scripts, and troubleshoot bugs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience building Webflow sites, preferably in a digital agency, SaaS, or startup environment.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, layout, typography, and responsive design.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a distributed team using Slack and Zoom.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Portfolio showcasing live Webflow projects with custom interactions.
