Talent & Development Partner

About the role

As a Talent & Development Partner at NBC, you will drive learning initiatives that support the bank’s strategic objectives and employee career growth. You will collaborate closely with HR, business leaders and external training providers to deliver high‑impact development programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR L&D and business leaders to design and implement people development initiatives aligned with the training plan.
• Analyse staff training needs from performance and talent management data and translate them into actionable learning solutions.
• Manage relationships with third‑party training partners and internal trainers to ensure quality, cost‑effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Compile and present learning reports, track progress against targets and provide ad‑hoc analytics for stakeholders.
• Support the Head of Talent in executing the Talent Management Process and Leadership Development programmes.
• Participate in job fairs, maintain contacts with educational institutions and assist business units in defining competency‑based training needs.
• Develop in‑house training materials such as manuals, aids and e‑learning content.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HR talent management, learning & development and leadership frameworks.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector is a plus.
