Stock Keeper – La Roca

About the role

The Stock Keeper supports the sales team by managing back‑end stock activities, ensuring efficient product flow, accurate inventory and smooth after‑sales processes within the store.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain efficient organization of sellable and non‑sellable products and support fast replenishment on the shop floor.
• Process deliveries, transfers and omnichannel ship‑from‑store orders within due dates.
• Support Store Managers with orders of non‑core material such as stationery, packaging and uniforms.
• Manage stock activities using company tools and systems (SAP, Smart XP, PRISM, After Sales App).
• Conduct regular cycle counts, annual stock‑takes and audits to keep inventory accurate.
• Assist colleagues with after‑sales processes including client returns, repairs and complaints.
