Senior Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive sales growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen key account relationships within the polymer industry. This individual will play a critical role in executing structured sales strategies, delivering market insights, and supporting customers with value‑added solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and developing new customer relationships while ensuring timely payment collection.
• Develop and implement structured sales and marketing plans to deliver consistent monthly sales performance and execute account‑specific programs for stable product offtake.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers and expand the network to support nationwide coverage.
• Gather real‑time market intelligence on pricing, demand, and competitive dynamics, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of logistics, supply‑chain conditions, foreign exchange, and banking solutions to support customers with import planning.
• Track local and pipeline inventory levels, develop accurate sales forecasts, and support supply‑and‑demand planning.
• Develop deep understanding of polymer applications and end‑use markets to deliver tailored commercial proposals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 5–10+ years of sales experience in the polymer industry, preferably with polyolefins or recycled resins.
• Proven track record of managing a meaningful sales portfolio and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong experience managing key accounts and building long‑term customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to interpret market trends and data.
