Senior Relationship Manager – Local Large Corporate

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager – Local Large Corporate will lead a portfolio of large and regional corporate banking customers. Reporting to the Corporate Banking Team, the role focuses on building long‑term relationships, delivering swift risk decisions and ensuring high‑quality operational service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Local Large Corporate (LLC) and Regional Corporate (RC) clients, driving risk‑adjusted contribution.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase wallet share through cross‑selling and new product promotion.
• Conduct annual and interim reviews of borrowing facilities and non‑borrowing customers.
• Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction surveys, complaints and ensure compliance with service standards.
• Research market trends, competitive threats and opportunities within the assigned segment.
• Coach and share expertise with junior members of the corporate team.

Required profile

• Senior member of a corporate banking team with proven experience in managing large corporate relationships.
• Strong knowledge of the local corporate market, industry sectors and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to engage senior management of client organisations and negotiate financial transactions.
• Demonstrated business development capability and a track record of increasing portfolio profitability.
