Programme Analyst – Digitalization, Innovation & Knowledge Management

About the role

The Programme Analyst, Digitalisation and Innovation supports UNFPA Tanzania’s Country Office in embedding digital solutions, data innovation and emerging technologies across the programme. The role also leads knowledge‑management activities to capture and share good practices and evidence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional support for the integration of digital solutions, data innovation and emerging technologies into the UNFPA Tanzania programme.
• Identify, develop and scale innovative approaches that accelerate the three Transformative Results.
• Lead knowledge‑management activities, expanding and maintaining a knowledge base of good practices, innovative solutions and evaluative evidence.
• Report to the Deputy Representative and coordinate with the International Operations Manager on ICT functions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in digital transformation, innovation and knowledge management, preferably in development or UN contexts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with programme teams and senior management.
• Commitment to UNFPA’s values of transparency, ethical conduct and results‑oriented delivery.
