Personal Banker, Center Branch

About the role

The Personal Banker will drive acquisition, growth and retention of private‑personal banking clients at the Center Branch, delivering tailored banking solutions and cross‑selling products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and act on sales opportunities to meet branch sales targets.
• Promote and cross‑sell accounts, loans, investments and digital platforms.
• Deepen client relationships and enhance overall customer experience.

Required profile

• First degree in Business, Commerce, Banking, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑4 years of direct sales experience in financial services with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience in client coverage, personal and private banking.
