IT Project Manager – Lead IT Projects & Change Management

About the role

The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing and delivering IT‑related projects within defined scope, schedule and budget. The role also oversees the full lifecycle of change initiatives across the bank’s information systems and IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project plans, goals, budgets and resource requirements.
• Create schedules, define measurement methods and monitor results.
• Lead strategic analysis, risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Organise and manage all project phases to ensure on‑time completion.
• Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities and coordinate activities.
• Prepare RFPs, conduct vendor meetings and select project services.
• Manage project communications, documentation and stakeholder updates.
• Control scope, quality, change, risk and issue management throughout the project.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB meetings, act as secretariat and ensure proper change tracking.
• Maintain configuration items in the CMDB and ensure controlled implementation of authorized changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management qualification.
