HR Associate – Employee Experience & Talent Management

About the role

The HR Associate will support the Human Resource Manager in delivering a distinctive employee experience across recruitment, talent management, performance, payroll and learning initiatives. This role combines administrative precision with a proactive approach to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Organise staff meetings, social events and other initiatives that strengthen working relationships.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records and ensure 100% accuracy in HR data entry.
• Implement items from the annual HR action plan in line with company policies.
• Provide input on departmental staffing needs and assist in updating job descriptions.
• Gather training needs from appraisals and help design the learning and development calendar.
• Facilitate recruitment and onboarding activities, including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and induction.
• Advise employees on HR policies and support the organization’s culture‑change agenda.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing and submit statutory payroll reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
• 2–4 years of generalist HR experience.
• Strong competencies in learning, research, teamwork and applying HR expertise.
