About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager to lead sales growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen key account relationships within the polymer industry. The role combines commercial acumen, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to manage complex customer relationships while delivering consistent performance.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including timely payment collection.
- Develop and implement structured sales and marketing plans to achieve monthly targets.
- Execute account‑specific programs to ensure stable, predictable product offtake.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers and expand nationwide coverage.
- Gather real‑time market intelligence on pricing, demand, and competition, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Maintain awareness of logistics, supply‑chain conditions, foreign exchange, and banking solutions to support customers.
- Track inventory levels, develop accurate sales forecasts, and support supply‑demand planning.
- Develop deep understanding of polymer applications and deliver tailored commercial proposals.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 5‑10+ years of sales experience in the polymer industry (polyolefins, recycled resins, or related materials preferred).
- Proven track record of managing a meaningful sales portfolio and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong experience in key‑account management and long‑term relationship building.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to interpret market trends and data.
