Senior Manager – Agency Banking Transformation & Growth

About the role

As Senior Manager for Agency Banking Transformation & Growth, you will drive the strategic agenda that modernises the agency banking network, creates innovative products and accelerates digital adoption. Reporting to the Head of Agency Banking, you will align business strategy with technology solutions to deliver sustainable revenue growth and superior customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Agency Banking transformation roadmap, including strategic proposals, annual business plans and growth initiatives.
• Lead product management activities: define the product roadmap, launch new offerings, enhance existing services and monitor profitability.
• Drive digital transformation by automating processes, improving agent and customer digital journeys and promoting adoption of digital services.
• Own business requirements: produce Business Requirement Documents, define functional specifications and oversee User Acceptance Testing.
• Prioritise system enhancements, coordinate product releases and manage change requests in collaboration with vendors and technology partners.
• Monitor implementation of strategic projects, ensure benefits realisation and continuously optimise business processes.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in banking, financial services or related sectors.
• Strong background in product management, digital transformation and business technology.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large‑scale change programmes and deliver measurable growth.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
