Operator – Warehouse & Production Loading Specialist

About the role

The Operator is responsible for safely loading, unloading and stacking materials to support production and logistics operations. You will ensure inventory accuracy, maintain equipment, and follow health, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑trip forklift inspections and maintain the equipment in optimal condition.
• Load and unload vehicles and production lines, ensuring correct quantities and proper stacking.
• Perform daily stock counts using a handheld device and generate variance reports.
• Apply FEFO stock rotation principles and verify packaging quality before loading.
• Maintain clear communication with inventory, warehouse and logistics teams.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and support shift handovers.

Required profile

• Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment and follow SOPs.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team members.
• Attention to detail for inventory accuracy and quality control.
• Willingness to work on shift schedules and participate in handover processes.
