Field Supervisor – Telecom Implementation (TI)

About the role

The Field Supervisor – Telecom Implementation (TI) is responsible for supervising and supporting onsite telecom installation and commissioning activities. The role ensures that all work is executed according to Nokia standards, Method of Procedure (MoP), customer requirements and approved project plans, delivering safe, on‑time and high‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and supervise onsite Telecom Implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot, support and guide the onsite team to perform installation & commissioning (I&C) following Nokia specifications and MoP.
• Manage clearance of site defects with suppliers and approve site readiness before customer acceptance.
• Coordinate and facilitate Telecom Implementation with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables and report progress to Roll‑out and Field Deployment Managers.
• Contribute to roll‑out planning and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in telecom implementation and field supervision.
• Proven experience in onsite installation, integration, commissioning, troubleshooting and site acceptance within Nokia or a similar telecom environment.
• Strong ability to supervise onsite teams and subcontractors and to manage site defect clearance.
